It Arrived and I am So Excited!

Importance of learning to swim

I can not stop thinking about the three year old child that drowned in a matter of seconds. Water can be loads of fun but to those not familiar with water safety it can prove disastrous. There are opportunities throughout the year for swimming instructions for infants to senior citizens… So what wouldn’t make sure your child can swim.

One of the most important things about learning how to swim is learning water safety. They are simple principles that can save a child’s life. For example: 1) constantly reminding your child to get permission before approaching water, 2) wait for your parent to get into the water or 3) getting into the pool backwards so that you can hold onto the side.

I know I can’t prevent everything from happening to my kids, but the things I can do I will do.
